Any person wishing to comment may providedocumentary evidence to the Certifying Officer, U.S. Department of Labor; Employment and TrainingAdministration; Office of Foreign Labor Certification; 200 Constitution Avenue NW, Room N–5311;Washington, DC 20210.Dentists - Job ID #62887 in Hannibal, MissouriDUTIES: (Essential Job Functions):Helps evaluate and supervise over dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other assignedpersonnel.Diagnosis and treatment of oral disease.Accurately documents information in patient records.Attends to the needs of patients with the utmost patience, care, compassion and understanding.Diagnosis, preventative dentistry, pedodontics, periodontics, removable prosthodontics,endodontics, fixed prosthodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.Helps provide in-house dental training.Helps evaluate and supervise hygienists, dental assistants, and other assigned personnel.Participates in the emergency call system.Performs other duties as assigned.Performs other duties as assigned by the Dental Leadership.Supervisory Duties:Communicate the strategic direction of the organization and encourage participation by all teammembers.Provide leadership and guidance to all aspects of the department.Take an active role in monitoring the identification, development, and execution of strategicobjectives.Involve, as appropriate, all team members to achieve goals.Effectively communicate to team members any changes and newsworthy events within thedepartment or company.Handle difficult team member situations directly, using appropriate discretion and HumanResource advice to show respect for the individual.Champion change and effectively manage the implementation of new ideas.Reinforces team approach throughout functions; support and solicit input from team members at alllevels within the company.May provide telehealth services to the individuals we serve.
