What you’ll do

• Support and operate production equipment in a high-volume setting
• Diagnose and resolve basic mechanical issues; escalate when needed
• Record production and quality data using simple computer tools
• Collaborate closely with teammates to hit goals safely and on time

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification a plus)
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving ability
• Comfort working both independently and as part of a crew
• Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
• Flexibility to work varied hours and overtime when needed
