Hire, train, and motivate team members to achieve cafe goals. Manage performance, recognition, and succession planning. Maintain high‑quality operations, service standards, and continuous improvement. Adhere to cafe systems, policies, regulations, and food safety standards. Ensure a healthy and safe culture for the team. Grow sales, maximize profitability, and manage associate labor, costs, and inventory. Qualifications & Requirements Three years of management experience (preferred). Proven ability to direct, motivate, coach, and develop others in a fast‑paced environment. Proven ability to drive positive results and run great shifts. Demonstrated understanding of business operations. ServSafe certification. Minimum 18 years of age. Preferred Candidate You enjoy people and have great communication skills. You thrive in the hospitality industry, remain calm under pressure, and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. You are committed to health and food safety and want to positively impact customers and the community.
