Senior Clinical Research Associate

Stryker's Neurovascular division seeks a Senior Clinical Research Associate for remote, travel-intensive work supporting clinical trials across all phases. The role involves site monitoring, compliance oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure data integrity and regulatory adherence.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site monitoring and management across all study phases: selection, initiation, interim monitoring, and closeout
- Perform site visits and ensure protocol compliance with regulations and guidelines
- Verify case report form data against source documents for accuracy
- Collect, maintain, and track regulatory documents and trial master file records
- Identify noncompliance issues and collaborate with sites on resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science or healthcare field
- 2+ years clinical research experience
- Knowledge of GCP, FDA guidelines, and clinical study processes
- Ability to apply ISO and FDA standards to documentation
- CRA, CRC, or CRA certification preferred
- Demonstrated independence in site monitoring and management activities
Compensation: $83,300 - $180,400 USD Annual (based on pay grade)
