Overview

What You'll Do
- Maintain the general ledger and prepare journal entries
- Handle AP/AR processing (invoices, payments, billing, collections follow-up)
- Perform account and bank reconciliations
- Support monthend close and financial reporting
- Assist with payroll, audits, and process improvements
- 2-5+ years of accounting experience
- Knowledge of basic GAAP and full-cycle accounting
- Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software
- Organized, detailoriented, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
- Hybrid flexibility
- Small team environment with high visibility
