The Clinical Liaison will evaluate patients to determine if they meet admissions criteria, prepare development plans, conduct calls, and present to potential referral sources. Daily practice must integrate company values. Responsibilities Conduct proper pre‑admission patient evaluations in a timely manner. Maintain assigned sales territory. Develop, implement, evaluate, and refine territory sales plans based on data, trends, market needs, and facility needs. Coordinate marketing and public‑relations activities such as conferences, exhibits, seminars, advertising, media relations, and government relations. Track sales activity, maintain client profiles, and ensure compliance with company standards. Participate in program development initiatives as assigned. Maintain a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff; assess risks and implement precautions; comply with safety and infection‑prevention standards. Maintain regular attendance and complete required trainings. Perform other duties as assigned to support overall effectiveness of the organization. Minimum Job Requirements Minimum Education & Experience: 3 years of healthcare experience required; healthcare sales experience preferred. Licenses, Certifications, and Documentation: Clinical licensure required (RN, RT, LVN, PT, OT, SLP preferred). Must maintain a valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and insurability. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures; understanding of patient mix, regulatory requirements, reimbursement, and how they impact hospital operations. Highest degree of customer service and professionalism. General computer skills including data entry, word processing, email, and record management. Effective organizational and time‑management skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and complete complex tasks. Ability to maintain quality, safety, and infection‑prevention standards. Ability to work independently and closely with others at all levels of the organization. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
