Must have skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills Good understanding of ITIL processes (L1,L2 and L3) L2 support experience for applications on Tomcat, Java, Oracle and Informatica Hands on experience in Shell scripting Experience in performing root cause analysis Create incidents and service requests Ability to coordinate with L3 teams for resolution of Incidents as necessary Understanding and Knowledge of AWS/cloud deployment Good to have skills: AWS certification Understanding of SRE good practices Ansible Automation Experience level: 6-8 years Minimum Mandatory Skills: ITIL, Tomcat, Java, Oracle and Informatica
