Security Officer (Part-Time)

1. st shift- 7AM-3:30PM
2. nd shift- 3PM-11:30PM
3. rd shift- 11PM- 7:30AM

What You'll Do: Maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, and staff Conduct scheduled indoor and outdoor security rounds Respond to fire alarms and emergency calls Monitor employee and contractor presence Perform light maintenance tasks as needed Maintain security equipment and supplies Complete other duties as assigned Qualifications: A valid driver's license is required, and a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check will be conducted as part of the hiring process. High school diploma or equivalent preferred One year of security experience is required Strong communication and attention to detail Ability to multitask, follow instructions, and work well under pressure Employment is also contingent upon successfully completing a background screening, drug screening, TB blood test, and physical exam.
