Senior Supply Chain ManagerWe are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Supply Chain Manager to oversee day-to-day operations within procurement, inventory management, logistics, and vendor relations in a regulated biotech manufacturing environment. This role will play a key part in optimizing supply chain processes, supporting international operations, and driving operational efficiency while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Fluency in Mandarin is essential to collaborate with overseas suppliers and manufacturing partners.Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end supply chain operations, overseeing vendor relationships, developing and executing operational plans, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating domestic and international logistics operations, tracking and analyzing supply chain performance metrics, supporting risk management and compliance initiatives, leading and mentoring a team of supply chain professionals, and serving as a liaison with global suppliers and manufacturing partners.
