Senior Digital Product Director

Lead and mentor a team of product managers Partner with global stakeholders, including senior Gartner leaders, software engineers, product design, data science and more Drive the overarching product/tool vision and strategy Participate in and lead concept sprints to build a product roadmap Drive portfolio prioritization, balance customer needs, business value, and technical investment Influence executive stakeholders, communicate product vision, and drive alignment across the organization Requirements 12-15 years’ experience working as a digital product owner 6-10 years’ experience directly managing product managers Ideally experience both at startups and enterprise software/product companies Bachelors or MBA/equivalent degree Strong product mindset Track record of solving difficult problems with business leaders Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills Proven experience defining product strategy, setting vision and delivering multi-year roadmaps Outstanding organizational and project management skills Core Competencies Demonstrates extensive experience in leading product management teams, defining product strategy, and delivering multi-year roadmaps while effectively collaborating with global stakeholders.
