Grading & Earthwork Analysis: Work with engineers to establish finished surface grades, design retainage systems, and evaluate cut/fill site balances. Permitting & Agency Coordination: Gain exposure to local municipal codes, zoning requirements, and environmental permitting processes. Collaboration & Field Visits: Participate in intern learning sessions, project team meetings, and potential site visits to observe land development construction firsthand. What We’re Looking For Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering. Technical Skills: Coursework in fluid mechanics, hydrology, or surveying.
