As we expand our capabilities and production capacity, we’re looking for motivated, dependable people to join our growing team — from experienced manufacturing leaders to hands-on production and warehouse associates.

CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES

Production Supervisor – Progressive Die Stamping

• Direct experience in tool and die metal stamping, specifically progressive dies.
• Experience managing 10+ manufacturing associates.
• Hands-on ability to assist with press setups, tooling troubleshooting, and production problem-solving.
• Responsible for daily production performance, scheduling support, productivity, and efficient use of people and equipment.

⚙️ Press Operators – Opportunity to Train for Setups

• Experience operating stamping presses in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Opportunity for qualified operators to develop progressive die setup skills and expand their technical abilities.
• Learn to perform setups, troubleshoot production issues, and take on additional responsibilities.
• A great opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career in metal stamping.

Material Handlers – Manufacturing & Stamping Experience

• Experience handling materials in a manufacturing or metal stamping environment.
• Familiarity with moving steel coils, production materials, work-in-process, and finished goods is a plus.
• Forklift experience and a strong commitment to safe material handling are preferred.
• Help keep production running by ensuring materials are where they need to be, when they need to be there.

Warehouse & Packaging Associates

• Support packaging, labeling, and preparation of finished products for shipment.
• Assist with inventory control, material organization, and accurate tracking of parts.
• Maintain an organized warehouse and support shipping and production needs.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude are essential.
