Job Description Job Summary: The Interventional Radiology/Cardiology Radiologic Technologist is responsible for performing diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient safety. - Operate fluoroscopic and radiographic imaging systems during diagnostic and interventional procedures.
- Perform image post-processing and ensure timely transmission to PACS.
- Prepare the procedure room, verify equipment functionality, and set optimal imaging parameters.
- Assist physicians as a scrub technologist by organizing sterile supplies and anticipating procedural needs.
- Record hemodynamic data, monitor physiological systems, and document procedural details accurately.
- Support patient preparation, positioning, and monitoring throughout the procedure.
- Current Oregon State licensure issued by OBMI and ARRT certification (RT(R)).
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications, with renewal within 6 months of hire.
- At least one year of experience in Interventional Radiology or Cath Lab settings.
- Strong knowledge of fluoroscopy, vascular anatomy, and procedural protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse patient populations.
- Bilingual (English-Spanish) skills preferred.
