Assembly Workers Needed! Start ASAP!ResponsibilitiesAssemble mechanical and electrical components using drawings, schematics, and work instructions.Gather materials, parts, and tools needed to complete production orders.Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and shop equipment to build products.Inspect completed assemblies and maintain quality throughout the production process.Meet daily production goals while maintaining a clean and safe work area.RequirementsManufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred.Ability to read drawings, schematics, and basic assembly instructions accurately.Experience using hand tools and working in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail while performing repetitive assembly tasks.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work well on a team.Additional SkillsExperience in sheet metal, fabrication, or metal manufacturing environments.Ability to read blueprints and perform basic quality inspections.Experience operating production equipment or fabrication machinery.Familiarity with press brakes, CNC equipment, or similar manufacturing tools.Willingness to learn new equipment and grow with the company.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
