AO Globe Life is hiring Financial Services Representatives to support clients seeking life, accident, and supplemental health insurance. This remote opportunity gives you the training, tools, warm leads, and mentorship needed to begin building a successful sales career.
You will work directly with clients to understand their concerns, educate them on available options, and help them move forward with confidence.
Your Responsibilities
Engage with prospective clients through virtual appointments
Establish rapport and identify client needs
Explain insurance products and coverage options
Provide responsive follow-up and ongoing support
Meet performance goals while maintaining a client-first approach
