User Growth Product Manager - TikTok Shop

Location: Seattle Employment Type: Regular Job Code: A240855 Responsibilities Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle growth strategies across acquisition, activation, and retention to drive scalable user and GMV growth. Build and optimize core growth levers including recommendation surfaces, subsidy frameworks, user segmentation, and assortment exposure. Partner with Data Science and Algorithm teams to identify high-value user cohorts and deploy targeted growth interventions. Own experimentation roadmap (A/B testing, holdouts, incrementality) to improve key metrics such as conversion rate, repurchase rate (RPR), and average revenue per user. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Ops, and Merchandising to align on growth initiatives and execution. Translate user insights and behavioral data into product features that improve lifecycle efficiency and long-term user value. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above. Experience owning or contributing to core growth or product metrics in a consumer internet or e-commerce environment. Strong analytical mindset with ability to structure problems and derive insights from data. Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and data-driven product development. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in e-commerce is a plus. Job Information The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $176,320 - $296,020 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
