Charge Nurse - Day Shift

Overview At Enlightened Recovery, we provide exceptional medical and clinical services. We are seeking a Day Shift Full-Time Charge Nurse to work five 8 hour shifts, Thursday through Monday. Experience in a Detox setting is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Engages in team interaction for care coordination/discharge planning. Collects and records data in a comprehensive accurate and systematic manner. Indicates and completes initial nursing assessment within 24 hours of patients’ admissions. Assesses clients’ needs to see a provider for H&P, discharge, and if needed for medications or illness. Performs clinical nursing activities in a safe, professional manner. Evaluates the impact of therapeutic interventions upon a therapeutic milieu. Works collaboratively with Multidisciplinary Treatment Team. Benefits Join our team! Education Graduate from an accredited college or university with a minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing.
