You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. We partner with teams across Google to deliver bold solutions in abuse areas such as malware, spam, and account hijacking. A team of Analysts, Policy Specialists, Engineers, and Program Managers works to reduce risk and fight abuse across all of Google’s products, protecting our users, advertisers, and publishers across the globe in over 40 languages. Responsibilities Leverage technical expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Applied AI, and agentic solutions to fully understand their potential for developing and scaling effective abuse-fighting strategies and how they are being used throughout the program portfolio. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand work problems and program goals and obtain prioritized deliverables. Define the scope of projects and develop, execute, or manage project plans for supported programs. Review key metrics pertaining to a program, monitor potential metric deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations. Identify, communicate, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward mutual goals. Build, maintain, and enhance business, operational, and management dashboards. Benefits Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $138,000 - $198,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.
