Pay: $28.00–$34.00 per hour, based on experience Direct Hire – You will be hired directly by the company Industrial/Manufacturing MaintenanceIf you're a hands-on problem solver with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills who enjoys keeping production equipment running safely and efficiently, this could be a great opportunity for you!What You'll DoYou'll play a key role in keeping production equipment and facility systems safe, reliable, and operating efficiently.Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenanceTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsRespond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtimeInstall, inspect, test, adjust, and repair industrial machineryRead and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, equipment manuals, and technical drawingsPerform routine inspections to identify potential equipment failuresReplace defective components and verify proper equipment operationComplete work orders and maintain accurate maintenance documentationSafely use hand tools, power tools, electrical testing equipment, and measuring devicesPerform light welding, fabrication, and machining as neededCommunicate equipment concerns and recommend improvementsSupport equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projectsMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)What We're Looking ForPrevious industrial or manufacturing maintenance experienceStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsExperience with hydraulics and pneumaticsExperience maintaining production machineryAbility to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentationFamiliarity with PLCs, motor controls, and VFDs is a plusExperience with SAP, CMMS, or maintenance management systems is a plusForklift certification or willingness to become certifiedStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver's license requiredPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 35 lbs.Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and work on concrete floors for extended periodsComfortable working around moving machineryAbility to work scheduled hours and overtime as business needs requireDon't miss this opportunity to join a leading manufacturing company in a Direct Hire Maintenance Technician position!
