What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound insurance leads and identify customer needs
• Educate customers on available insurance options
• Recommend coverage based on customer needs
• Work with multiple insurance carriers
• Follow up with prospects and guide them through the sales process
• Build strong customer relationships
• Work toward individual sales and performance goals

What We’re Looking For

• Florida Insurance License preferred, but not required
• Willingness to obtain a Florida insurance license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, motivated, and sales-oriented
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in an on-site environment
• Ability to commit to 40 hours per week
• Previous sales or insurance experience is a plus, but not required
