Registered Dietitian Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at Palms Care Center, 3370 NW 47th Terrace, Lauderdale Lakes, FL. Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments to identify nutritional needs and develop personalized meal plans Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of care Provide nutritional counseling and education to patients and their families Monitor patient progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed Develop and implement nutrition programs to promote patient well-being and quality of life Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and nutrition plans Requirements Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics Registered Dietitian (RD) credential Experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or long-term care settings (2 years of experience minimum) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment About Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center At Palms Care Center, we are dedicated to setting standards in rehabilitation and skilled nursing care.
