PV Operations Leader for Commercial Launch Readiness

Compass Therapeutics, Inc. seeks an Associate Director/Director of Pharmacovigilance (PV) Operations to lead the scale-up of global PV infra as the company transitions from clinical to commercial stage. Onsite four days a week in Brighton, MA, the role reports to the VP of Drug Safety and PV and drives safety data management, vendor governance, and regulatory compliance. You will design and maintain PV systems, contribute to NDA/MAA filings, and oversee audits while partnering with Clinical #J-18808-Ljbffr Compass Therapeutics Inc.
