Hiring: Customer Service Rep

• Pay: $16.90 - $18.00 Hourly
• Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, we do not cold call.
• Schedule service appointments using dealership software
• Follow up with customers regarding appointments and service needs
• Assist the service department with customer communication and coordination
• Perform light administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and copying documents
• Maintain accurate customer records and appointment information
• Provide first-class customer support

What You'll Bring

• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, we do not cold call.
• Experience using dealership CRM systems.
• Experience handling support requests from a variety of different channels.
• Basic computer experience providing detailed troubleshooting and resolutions to users.

Total Rewards

The Hourly Pay Range for this position is $16.90 - $18.00, depending on experience.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
