Role: SAP TM Functional Consultant
Location: Remote PST Hours

Work setup: 100% Remote, but requires strict working hour alignment with the Pacific Time Zone (PST). Travel is required as needed based on client demands.

Reason for opening: Core implementation and configuration for a major CM&T SAP S/4HANA transformation project.

Deliverables & Scope: Full lifecycle delivery of embedded SAP S/4HANA TM, integration with BN4L (FC and GTT), and coordination between EWM and inbound transportation processes.

Extension & Interview: High probability of assignment extension beyond the initial 12-month duration.

Education: No specific degree explicitly required by client.

SAP S/4HANA TM (3-5+ yrs) - Deep hands-on experience in embedded TM configuration, transportation planning, charge management, and freight settlement.

US Person Status - Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder due to strict client ITAR legal constraints (No H1B/CPT/OPT).

Work Availability - Willingness and ability to work core Pacific Time Zone hours and travel on-site as required by the client.

NICE-TO-HAVES

Experience with SAP S/4HANA Embedded TM 2020 version.

Direct configuration experience with SAP Business Network for Logistics (BN4L/LBN), specifically Freight Collaboration (FC) and Global Track and Trace (GTT).

Functional integration knowledge connecting embedded TM with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).

DISQUALIFIERS

Non-US Persons (Candidates requiring visa sponsorship or on visa types other than USC/GC due to ITAR restrictions).

Inability or unwillingness to work Pacific Time Zone schedule or travel when requested.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The SAP TM Functional Consultant will join the CM&T team to drive the end-to-end implementation and embedded configuration of SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM). This role aligns SAP TM capabilities with operational client needs, focusing on seamless transportation planning, execution, and freight management. The mission is to ensure robust integration across logistics networks while adhering to strictly regulated delivery standards.


DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute hands-on configuration and end-to-end implementation of embedded SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM).
• Configure and manage transportation planning, execution, charge management, freight order management, and freight settlement.
• Integrate SAP TM with Business Network for Logistics (BN4L / LBN), specifically utilizing Freight Collaboration (FC) and Global Track and Trace (GTT) options.
• Collaborate directly with business process owners to translate complex operational requirements into functional SAP system designs.
• Drive end-to-end integration workflows between embedded TM and SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) as well as inbound processes.
• Engage and align across multi-tier stakeholders, including IT teams, business users, and senior client leadership.

REQUIRED SKILLS

They must be self-directed, comfortable working Pacific Time hours, and compliant with strict ITAR data security guidelines.

• Lead functional configuration and end-to-end delivery of embedded SAP S/4HANA TM modules.
