Apply today to join the Ledcor team in Hawthorne or Fallon NV.Essential Responsibilities:Safely fuel and service heavy equipment using a lube/service truckPerform daily inspections and flag repair or maintenance needsKeep oils, lubricants, and service supplies stocked and organizedWork closely with maintenance and operations to minimize downtimeFollow all company, client, and MSHA safety requirementsTake ownership of equipment readiness and site safetyQualifications:Minimum 1 year experience as a Lube Tech or similar roleSolid understanding of heavy equipment servicing and componentsMSHA Part 48 Metal/Nonmetal required (support provided for updates)Clean driver's abstract (dated within 30 days)Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testingWork Conditions:Rotating shifts, 10–12 hours per dayOvertime paid after 40 hoursSteady, site-based work with long-term opportunitiesDaily Living Out Allowance (LOA) if applicableHealth and wellness benefits, plus 401(k) matchingOutdoor work in all weather conditionsLedcor Heavy Civil and Mining services reach across the lifespan of a mine, from facility construction, to full-scale contract mining of coal, minerals, or metals, all the way to mine reclamation.
