Position Physician – Orthopedic Spine Surgeon (Part‑Time) Schedule Part‑Time – Flexible Options Compensation Generous Annual Earning Potential Negotiable Compensation Structure (Base / Revenue Percentage / Bonus Model / etc.) Malpractice Insurance included Package Negotiable – W2 and 1099 options Location Sacramento, California (optional occasional shifts at East Bay and South Bay locations) Company Profile This private practice is a sub‑specialty group consisting of expert spine surgeons, neurosurgeons, neurologists, pediatric neurologists, orthopedic surgeons, plastic and reconstructive surgeons, otolaryngologists, ophthalmologists, urologists, and pain medicine physicians. They work together to manage injuries of the musculoskeletal system and ensure patients receive the best treatment possible. Position Description The new spine surgeon will see patients in an established office and surgery center. Duties include: Consult with patients to determine appropriate courses of treatment Perform necessary surgical procedures for injuries or symptoms Examine patients, order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests Obtain information on medical conditions to determine diagnosis Provide consultation and comprehensive management of patients Monitor patients' conditions and progress Reevaluate patients' conditions and progress as necessary Support appropriate referrals Additional details of the position are negotiable and will be collaboratively decided between the practice and the physician. The physician may be asked to work occasional shifts in the East Bay office and/or additional shifts in South Bay for additional compensation (with travel expenses covered).
