Licensed Practical Nurse Job Summary: Twin Fountains Home for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated healthcare team in LaGrange, Georgia. As an LPN on our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
