Location: Eagan, MN Pay Rate: $23.20 - $24.90 per hour (based on experience) Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM; Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM Why This Role Matters As a Phlebotomist II, you will serve as the face of the organization for patients seeking laboratory services. Your expertise in specimen collection, commitment to quality, and dedication to exceptional patient care help ensure accurate diagnostic testing and a positive patient experience. What You'll Do Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric specimen collections following established procedures and quality standards Verify patient identification and ensure specimens are accurately labeled in the patient's presence Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing while maintaining specimen integrity and compliance standards Maintain required patient records and documentation accurately and confidentially Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties Provide exceptional customer service while creating a professional, welcoming environment for patients Travel to multiple locations as needed to support operational and staffing requirements Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment What We're Looking For A current, up-to-date resume High School Diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections Strong phlebotomy skills with the ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment Excellent customer service and communication skills Medical Assistant or Paramedic training preferred Experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred Strong keyboarding, data entry, organizational, and multitasking abilities Reliable transportation and flexibility to work at multiple locations as needed Ability to meet compliance requirements including immunizations (MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and TB Test required; COVID and Flu vaccinations strongly recommended) What's In It For You Opportunity to work in a patient-focused healthcare setting Dedicated training and onboarding support Gain experience in a high-volume clinical environment Collaborative and supportive team culture Opportunity to expand your phlebotomy and patient care skills Potential pathway to long-term career opportunities Benefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility) Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for: #J-18808-Ljbffr
