Responsibilities:

• Assist Physical Therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for our residents

• Conduct physical therapy interventions, including but not limited to: exercises, stretches, and modalities

• Monitor and record patient progress, maintaining accurate and detailed documentation

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to address patient needs and concerns

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure optimal care

• Participate in staff training and education programs to stay current with best practices and evidence-based research
