Guide ethical and value-based care decisions, ensuring respect for each person's dignity and spiritual needs. Develop and document pastoral care programs and initiatives that support patient, staff, and community well-being. What Minimum Requirements You'll Need Education: Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in Theology, Religious Studies, Human Behavior or a related field preferred. 1 unit of Clinical Pastoral Education accredited by the ACPE required. 2 units of Clinical Pastoral Education accredited by the ACPE preferred.
