• 250 bonus after completing 250 client-care hours
• 250 caregiver referral bonus when your referred caregiver completes 250 client-care hours
• 25 bonus for designated urgent/flex shifts

You’ll have the support of a responsive local office while building meaningful one-on-one relationships with the clients you serve. What You’ll Do as a Caregiver (HCA) Provide companionship and personal care Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and transfers Prepare meals and provide light housekeeping Provide dementia and Alzheimer’s support Assist with transportation, errands, and appointments Provide medication reminders Observe and report changes in client condition What We’re Looking for in a Caregiver (HCA) Compassionate, dependable, and professional Comfortable providing personal care Strong communication skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation At least 18 years old Able to pass required background screening Must obtain and maintain California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration before client assignment Caregiving experience preferred but not required Current HCA registration or CNA certification is a plus Equal Employment Opportunity Right at Home is an equal opportunity employer and considers applicants for employment in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
