Urology Physician
Southern Bedroom Community of the State Capital/Metro
Position Highlights:
- Desirable Practice Setting: Clinic onsite at hospital with block OR days guaranteed
- Ideal Work Environment: Da Vinci robots onsite; take over any robotic cases you want
- Favorable Call Schedule: In-house hospitalists take admissions, other call shared (1:3)
- Culture & Support: APPs in office + nursing support + 2 experienced Urologists onsite
- Make an Impact: Draw area of over 600k with no competition
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: Base plus RVU - Current Urologists making 90th percentile MGMA
- Additional Bonus Incentives: Unlimited PTO, RVU multiplier, and more
- Commencement Bonus, Relocation, and Student Loan Assistance: all negotiable!
- Comprehensive Benefits Package: Full Medical/Dental/Vision Coverage, ST/LT Disability, Retirement
- Professional Development: CME $$ + 1 week CME time (in addition to PTO)
Qualifications:
- Degree: MD or DO
- Licensure/Certifications: BE or BC in Urology
- Experience: Open to new grads or experienced physicians
- Sponsorship : J1 and H1b candidates welcomed
