Medical Office and Compliance Clerk

Responsibilities :
- Data collection, entry, monitoring, and management of various clinic and infection prevention program requirements to meet in-house needs and state and federal mandates and miscellaneous clerical duties to improve quality and ensure organizational compliance
- Weekly & as needed vaccine, lab, and case reporting to public health authorities
- Routine & as needed quality data collection through chart audit
- Assist with maintenance of BHI’s employee respiratory protection program.
- Manage all aspects of accounts receivable collections for clinics
- Monitor collections and claim status for clinics
- Resolve billing issues, including denials, and address inquiries from patients and clinical staff
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
- At least 1 year of experience preferred
