The Opportunity:We are seeking a dedicated Locum Nurse Practitioner to work full-time in a dynamic correctional healthcare setting. You will provide primary and urgent care services to an adult patient population, making a real difference in their lives. Highlights:
- Schedule: Full-time, 40-hour work week.
- Support: Collaborating Physician is provided.
- Compensation: Excellent pay, with generous travel stipends included.
- Malpractice: Medical malpractice insurance is covered.

- Locations: Multiple locations open throughout Texas.
- Provide comprehensive primary care, chronic disease management, and minor urgent care.
- Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and formulate treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient health records.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and facility personnel to ensure continuity of care.
- Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license (or ability to obtain one) in the state of Texas.
- Active DEA registration.
- Experience in correctional healthcare, primary care, or urgent care is a plus.
