Scheduling SpecialistWe're hiring for both Columbia and Pomaria locations! $14-$20 hourly (based on experience) Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. A 7:30 AM start may be needed once or twice weekly, with some overtime in busy seasonJoin Wilson's Refrigeration & Air as a Scheduling Specialist and play a key role in coordinating daily service operations for a trusted HVAC and refrigeration company that has proudly served the Midlands for nearly 40 years.What We're Looking ForPrevious scheduling, dispatching, or customer service experience is preferredExperience in the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other service trades is a plusGood multitasking and organizational abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsComfortable using computerExperience with any scheduling software is a plusPositive attitudeAbility to perform well in a fast-paced office environmentMain ResponsibilitiesSchedule and coordinate daily service appointmentsAssign technicians based on availability, location, and priorityCommunicate with customers regarding appointment times and updatesAdjust schedules throughout the day to accommodate emergencies and changesWork closely with technicians and office staff to maximize efficiencyMaintain accurate scheduling records and customer informationDeliver outstanding customer service over the phone and by emailBenefits PackageMedical insuranceOptional dental coverageOptional vision coverage401K program with a 3% company matchTwo weeks of paid vacation6 paid holidaysLife insuranceShort-term disability insuranceLong-term disability insuranceCandidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
