Sales Representative - Hunterdon County

The company builds high‑quality homes for entry‑level and first‑time move‑up buyers and offers mortgage and title services. We are seeking a Sales Representative who will manage the sales process and deliver excellent customer service, sourcing new customers, guiding them through design, and ensuring a smooth sales experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Effectively communicate D.R. Horton’s value proposition, product vision, and capabilities to potential customers Uncover and understand customer goals and challenges, establishing D.R. Horton as the best solution Overcome objections and close sales Maintain accurate documentation of transactions from sale through loan, options, and construction Continuously source new sales opportunities Create and provide a marketing plan for establishing new customer relationships Network and perform outreach to realtors Manage time efficiently, meet sales goals, and collaborate with the team Maintain and expand the database of prospects Attend sales meetings Develop and maintain good rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members Execute policies to ensure compliance with quality standards Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the company’s goodwill and profit Qualifications Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, capable of driving day or night Proficiency using D.R.
