A P Mechanic

Position Summary Maintenance Department – Full‑time A&P Line Mechanic position based in Long Beach, CA. Work Schedule: 4‑10 or 5‑8 shifts. Pay starts at $38 to $63 per hour DOE. Responsibilities Perform all facets of daily scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on the company fleet, including troubleshooting airframe, engine and electrical systems, replacing engines, transmissions and other components as necessary, and completing other duties as assigned by supervisor. Overtime may be required. Additional Skills & Desired Abilities Paint application and preparation Sheet metal fabrication and repair Carbon fiber and fiberglass composite repair Qualifications Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate with no enforcement action pending Experience maintaining Airbus EC130 and/or S76 helicopters (preferred) Ability to work any shift and work effectively as part of a team or independently Proficiency with calibrated, hand and specialized tools Strong understanding of aircraft manuals and maintenance regulations Accurate documentation of work per regulatory requirements Excellent time‑management and organizational skills Quality decision‑making capability and mental alertness to ensure safety Good physical condition Benefits Competitive wage and above‑average benefits package includes major medical (PPO/HSA), dental, vision, 401(k) with matching, paid vacation, sick leave, supplemental insurance, and medical premium supplements for the employee.
