Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes
• Conduct engaging therapy sessions to address speech and language objectives
• Routinely track and accurately document each student's progress
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care for each student
• Actively involve and educate families throughout the therapy process to enhance outcomes

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current, valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology in California
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged children highly valued
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities essential
• Demonstrated capacity to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
• Ability to build rapport with students, families, and staff
