Board Mounting of material. Empty air compressor water discharge containers. Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work environment through daily house-keeping duties. Observe all safety, environmental, and quality management procedures. HVAC routine maintenance, filter changes, condenser and evaporator coil cleaning. General outside upkeep. Small projects. Perform other duties as directed by supervisor, lead, or business needs. Other duties as assigned Competency Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Self-motivated ability to work alone or as part of a team. Communicate with senior members of the team. Retain knowledge obtained through training. Physical Requirements Bending and lifting with proper technique. Heavy lifting. Repetitive use of hands. Good manual dexterity. Standing for long periods. Minimum Qualifications 18 years of age or older. Must be a U.S. citizen. Math skills. Excellent decision-making skills. Excellent communication skills with everyone involved in the process (managers, operators and leads).
