You will be a part of advancing critical U.S. supply chains and delivering unmatched quality and reliability to customers. As a Production Operator at American Panel Solution's Phoenix facility, you will be an integral part of the solar panel manufacturing process. Your primary responsibilities include operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring quality control, and contributing to the efficient and sustainable production of solar energy components. This role requires attention to detail and commitment to safety and environmental standards. What You Will Do Operate and monitor production equipment for photovoltaic cell manufacturing, soldering, encapsulation, and testing. Ensure quality and efficiency by checking equipment parameters and environmental conditions. Follow strict safety protocols and always wear proper PPE. Assist with material handlingmoving raw materials and finished products safely. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and resolve issues. Participate in ongoing safety training and continuous improvement initiatives. Stand for extended periods and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment. The range for this position is $20.00 hourly rate - $21.00 hourly rate. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
