Physician Opportunity
Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate physician to join our rural healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients, diagnosing and treating various health conditions, and ensuring the overall well-being of individuals under their care. This role requires a strong commitment to patient-centered care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a community focused environment.
Duties:
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and assess patients' medical histories.
- Diagnose illnesses and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Perform minor surgical procedures as needed.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory tests and imaging studies.
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Provide education and counseling to patients regarding health management and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in clinical trials when applicable, contributing to advancements in medical research.
- Stay updated on the latest medical practices, technologies, and regulations.
Skills:
- Knowledge of Basic Life Support (BLS) protocols.
- Familiarity with Medical Records management systems.
- Experience in a Medical Office setting.
- Experience in Acute Care settings.
- Familiarity with Medical Coding for billing purposes.
