About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Regional Operations to play a pivotal role in leading various work streams, including operational project management, strategy development and execution, financial management, and leadership with a strong focus on safety and customer engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team and ensuring the day-to-day execution of the project portfolio, analyzing project performance metrics across multiple operational areas, and managing the regional operating budget. A key aspect of the role is the development, attraction, and retention of a team that is dedicated to delivering projects with a first-class standard, as well as leading process improvement and risk management initiatives. Some travel, both local and domestic, may be required. Applicants for the Head of Regional Operations position at the company should have a background in chemical or mechanical engineering, project management, or a related field. The role requires extensive experience in project management, as well as in areas such as production, supply chain, procurement, customer service, and engineering. Commercial acumen in finance, including budget management, forecasting, and cost control, is essential. Experience in wastewater projects and infrastructure is advantageous.
