Ollie's Bargain Outlet - 229 East High Street - Responsibilities: Provide guidance and direction for the operation of a designated zone on the retail sales floor; Oversee merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery; Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations; Manage scheduling and staffing for unload/processing and ensure effective use of associates; Supervise zone associates and communicate directives to ensure follow-up; perform opening/closing duties as needed
