Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Mindful Empowerment Counseling Services, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass:

- Conducting intake assessments and developing personalized treatment plans for couples and families. \n
- Facilitating therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, focusing on areas such as relationship conflicts, communication difficulties, and emotional distress. \n
- Employing a variety of therapeutic techniques to address issues including alcohol abuse, grief and loss, blended family dynamics, and adjustment to separation or divorce. \n
- Tracking progress and adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure the efficacy of interventions. \n
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to share insights and coordinate care for complex cases. \n
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. \n
Your role will encompass working with diverse populations including adults, children, and adolescents. You will have the opportunity to work with families facing various challenges—from navigating the complexities of blended family situations and job stress to addressing interpersonal conflicts and trauma. Qualifications\nTo be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

- Active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Georgia. \n
