Work Schedule: Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift:

Days - 9:30 AM - 10:00 PM *Schedule Note: This position is part of a two-person LPN staffing model. The LPNs will coordinate their self-schedules to help ensure coverage is maintained each day.

Pay:

$26.34 - $40.82 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Work nights, earn more - our Night Shift Incentive Program pays $1,600 quarterly ($6,400/year) to full-time night shift RNs and LPNs

Minimum Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Practical or Vocational Nursing program. State licensure as a Practical Nurse (LPN) or Vocational Nurse (LVN). BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.

As supervised and delegated by a registered nurse, LPN provides direct patient care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization.

Responsibilities:

Provides flexible support throughout the unit, including patient observation coverage and assistance with medication passes, admissions, activities of daily living, and other delegated patient care needs. May take a patient assignment as needed based on unit needs. Contributes to the assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis by an RN. Performs plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care. Assists patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. Monitors, documents, and communicates patient's status and reactions to interventions.
