As a Product Owner Senior within PNC's Treasury Management organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, New York, NY, Chicago, IL, Charlotte, NC, Dallas, TX or Phoenix, AZ. Prior financial experience within payments (instant, wire, ACH) is strongly preferred. Travel will be required quarterly. Responsible for ensuring the Scrum Team(s) effort is concentrated on the right priorities based on business value. Defines and conveys the vision to the team(s) in order to address client requirements to ensure a successful product based on business value. Drives the creation of and the integrity of the product backlog. Leads grooming of the product backlog and ensures the backlog is correctly prioritized based on business value. Responsible for ensuring the Scrum Master(s) and development team(s), are focused on the right priorities during the development process. Primary point of contact for questions from the team(s) and is empowered to make decisions. Accepts delivery of working product from the Scrum Team(s). Socializes the delivery of business value and outcomes of the iteration to the stakeholders and clients. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
