Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time Civita Care Center at Cheshire Cheshire, CT $45–$50/hour Post Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team. This position offers the opportunity to work with residents in both short‑term rehabilitation and long‑term care while helping them improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function.
