Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical setting, applying clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions throughout each shift in accordance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, ensuring accuracy and patient safety
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding care and progress

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience within the past 3 years
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local travelers will not be considered
• Navy Blue scrubs required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-acuity or large academic medical center environment
• Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into established care teams
