What Youll Do

• Connect with customers regarding payment obligations account status invoices and contractual agreements.
• Educate customers on available options and help identify appropriate solutions.
• Manage a high volume of outbound communications while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide timely follow-up.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate account information.
• Partner with customer service operations and other business teams to deliver the best possible customer experience.
• Balance productivity quality compliance and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

• Customer service banking collections retail hospitality call center or related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to navigate multiple systems and manage competing priorities.
• Confidence handling difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy.

• Basic computer and typing proficiency.
• A positive attitude and desire to learn and grow.

Schedule : Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm CST

Location : Marshall or Saint Paul 3 days in office

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two to four years of relevant experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Good knowledge of concepts practices policies and procedures of banking products and services
• Effective telephone and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle difficult customer calls
• Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to identify and resolve/escalate problems
• Good time management skills to maximize the number of clients that can be assisted while maintaining a high level of customer service

Location Expectations

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location which is listed first. Pay Range: $20.00 - $20.00
