This position involves overseeing the housekeeping staff, managing schedules, and ensuring that all cleaning protocols are followed meticulously. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a housekeeping role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field. Experience with budget management and cost control in a housekeeping department. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain cleanliness and adherence to quality standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock levels. Develop and implement training programs for housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. Address guest inquiries and concerns regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
